HALLOWEEN REVIEWS AND MY COSTUME

First of all hi to everyone, I hope you all are blessed. I have been well just that I have been very busy. On Tuesday I will be having a photo shoot of some of designs I have made to put my name out there. With that said. Lets talk about Halloween.

I am African we don’t celebrate Halloween in my country and I have never heard of Halloween being celebrated in Africa, because I love experiencing other cultures, their beliefs and holidays, I went online researched about Halloween and ended up getting the idea of what Halloween is really is and I decided to be Eve.

The reason I decided to be Eve to tell you the truth I wanted to show some little flesh lol. But I loved my costume. And it was a DIY I had fun doing it.

How insensitive are people, how can u be a Halloween character from a real life tragedy that hurts lots and lots of people. If u are a normal person the first question you are going to ask your self is, am I doing the right thing, what about the family how will this affect them, how about society. I mean dont people nowadays have remorse.

SOME OF THE HALLOWEEN COSTUMES THAT GOT ME MAD

How stupid are you to think that its a good idea to make fun of people’s pain. I mean last halloween what were you I guess they all dressed as cancer. This girl surely doesn’t have brains and I get that she was wrong she even apologized but what I dont understand again is why its hard for us to forgive. She made a made a mistake,  and isn’t it illegal to threaten to kill someone. There been some people threatening her and her family. PLEASE STOP IT IT’S ILLEGAL.

If this was supposed to be funny well I didn’t get the funny part. I missed it. I mean what is wrong with people in the world. This was one of the most painfull trial in black people history and u go out there and make fun of it. Next Halloween I wonder what you going to be PEOPLE DYING OF HIV OR CANCER SMH.

STILL UP TO TODAY I DON’T GET HOW THIS WAS RACIST.
Please explain to me—with references—why wearing blackface in this situation is inappropriate. I don’t think it’s racist at all. She chose to dress up [down?] as a specific person on TV. How can she do that without darkening her skin? She’d look even more ridiculous. What Julianne Hough did wasn’t wrong.  She sincerely played a character she enjoyed from a TV show. She also apologized.
There is an enormous difference between playing a character or historical figure— and playing a stereotype.  Faithfully playing crazy Eyes couldn’t be more different than blackening your face with shoe polish and donning a hoodie with a gunshot wound to play Trayvon.  One is earnest; the other is offensive. A month ago Tyra Banks did a white face for a photoshoot how is that different from this one.

Last but not least my Halloween costume.
